Return Policy

All sales at ARCADIAH STORE are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. As such, we offer a limited exchange option within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1. Exchanges are only available for unused items in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. You must present a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) when requesting an exchange.

3. Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value. If selecting an item of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.

4. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Certain items, including but not limited to clearance items, personalized products, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for exchange.

6. ARCADIAH STORE reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these criteria.
